This auction is for a vintage 1970s Whitman paper nativity scene set, a punch out Santa’s Christmas village, and a mini paper Colonial village.
I adore the paper castle that’s part of this Press Out Frosty the Snowman set! I didn’t know Golden Books made press-out models.
Golden Press made this Fun Time Trim a Tree press out book. I wish the seller had taken clearer pictures!
I think a really fun rainy or snowy day activity with children would be cutting out and assembling, then playing with, Santa’s Christmas Village. With hot cocoa nearby, of course. And I don’t think it’s wrong to cut out and use and enjoy vintage antique books!
This rare Christmas Crib book is a punch-out paper nativity set.
I think this press out Mouse’s Christmas house is so darling. I wonder if it’s too.. muted? Simple? for modern children’s tastes.
This Night Before Christmas isn’t very interesting to me since you can’t make a little village or paper house with it, only a scene. Still, the artwork is charming.
This cute press out Santa’s village is from 1993.
And here’s a contemporary paper Christmas village that looks really fun to make!
