Festive Crochet Amigurumi Project Books for the Holidays

It has been an interesting experience finding new activities to do throughout fall and winter. I’m hoping to be productive rather than just sitting around watching holiday Hallmark Channel movies or Netflix all day! I’ve always wanted to learn how to crotchet. A bonus is being able to watch those Christmas movies and craft simultaneously. It’s a little intimidating, but I know that with the adorable Amigurumi Christmas book it’ll be a breeze!

Luckily the book includes an introduction of what supplies you may need and the how-to’s of amigurumi making! There are 20 fantastically adorable holiday characters that you can make! I think people of all crafting levels would enjoy this book. Someone like me will have to start with the precious Christmas stocking, but there are more complex characters to make like Christmas elves. Honestly, the brussels sprouts look very complex, but I’m not sure how they fit into a holiday theme.

These would make wonderful decorations throughout the house for Christmas or ornaments on a tree! I would love to be able to tell my relatives that I made all of these decorations. For strictly ornaments, you can check out the Amigurumi Christmas Ornaments book!

There are 40 crochet patterns in this Amigurumi Christmas Ornaments book featuring strictly baubles. There’s a 12-piece Nativity Set, North Pole Characters, Sweet Treats and Animal Friends.

For Baby’s First Christmas, there are ornaments to personalize with any color of hair and a tag with the baby’s name and date of birth. This would make a great a gift for new parents or grandparents!

What kind of amigurumi’s are you looking forward to making? I can’t wait to go through them all, starting from easiest and building up to a whole nativity scene!
