This year I’m splurging on a couple of holiday rugs from Ruggable (affiliate link).
They’re washable (you put the washable part of the rug over an included rug pad and Velcro it down) which is perfect for my busy household with muddy-footed dogs, rainstorms and leaves getting tracked in.
Many of the festive rug patterns come in different colorway options and different sizes. 
There are runners, round rugs, area rugs, large rugs and small rugs.
I’m having trouble picking just one or two rugs since there are so many festive patterns to choose from! There are tartans and plaids, ornaments and snowmen, Santas, and even a winter toile pattern. I’m leaning towards an ornament runner and a “Holiday Lights” rug, personally.
